My mission is to share ROC®’s Smart Process Compliance Approach with serious leadership to optimize their organization’s performance with integrity across all levels of the organization. We will build a culture where obtaining business strategic goals and quality objectives are achieved with quantitative predictable ease. ROC® supports the Mentor-Protégé Programs(MPPs) helping businesses fill compliance needs to qualify to become part of the US Government Defense Industrial Base (DIB) approved vendors. ROC®’s clients are the DIB companies that want to provide exceptional Software Development and Services to the US Department of Defense (DoD) and Government Agencies. ROC®’s clients want long-term gains, not simply short-term solutions. ROC®’s clients experience a growth in confidence that their organization is ready when entering a 3rd-Party Independent Complinace Assessment: DoD CMMC v2.0, International Standards, ISACA’s CMMI® v2.0, and/or FAA DO 278/178, while achieving a favorable Return on Investment (ROI).

We work to protect our nation’s Engineering and Information Technology(IT) Government Contracts, ensuring projects are managed with integrity to effectively meet contractual requirement compliance. We will strive to implement and maintain the quality of the CMMI® Institute brand, Military Standards, International Standard for Quality Management and/or FAA Standards for safety-critical application, including multiple military and aerospace systems. ROC® guides your organization to achieve a realization of measurable “hard savings,” with a favorable ROI demonstrated by efficiencies shared and institutionalized across projects. What makes me and my service different from other providers?
My integrity, knowledge, engineering project experience and aptitude in multiple standards directly contributes to my ability to streamline commonality between CMMI® best practices and the standard’s objectives and requirements. I am a people person with a driven personality that develops individual and team engagement and collaboration.
I have chosen to do low volume to provide an exceptional quality of service to my customers. The focus is on teaching and collaborating with you, the senior leadership, functional managers and project teams. Everyone will be clear on their defined processes, roles and responsibilities to realize performance improvement. My clients will become compliant, while improving their performance utilizing ROC®’s Smart Process Compliance Approach.
ROC® offers much more than simply standard compliance for “audit dress up” readiness, but to learn and institutionalize compliance efficiencies, so that moving forward, there is a growth in confidence that their organization is ready to enter a Third-Party Independent Evaluation and Assessment at any time. ROC® ‘s resourcefulness includes being a subject matter expert in ISACA’s Integrated CMMI® product suite, military standards and multiple international and FAA assurance and safety standards. ROC® worked directly with multiple Lead Appraisers and ISO9001/AS9100 Lead Auditors, MITRE, Aerospace and FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER) Type – Systems and Equipment Engineering, with successful integration of CMMI® DEV ML3 Best Practices and DO-178B Software Assurance Development Activities, Integral Processes and Objective Verification. ROC® has led large to small size organizations in achieving successful compliance implementation and Third-Partly Evaluations, each company achieving their individual Corporate Strategic Business Goal.
ROC® has been in your shoes, speaks your language and will simplify the benchmark appraisal and audit preparation experience. ROC® held numerous Technical Staff, Quality/Software Quality and Engineering Leadership positions earning valuable professional knowledge and lesson learned that can only be learned through “hands-on real-world multiple project life cycle experiences” by working with TOP Government Contractors: Lockheed Martin Corp, Boeing Co, Northrop Grumman Corp, Raytheon Technologies Co, and ITT Industries – Space Systems Division. ROC® has the ability to communicate with your technical staff, support functions, as well as your senior leadership. ROC® will strive for efficiency and the elimination of rework in your processes, while bringing a clear understanding of the of the model’s best practices and standard(s) requirements. ROC® will mentor and guide in developing a well-defined business strategic and quality objectives measurement, establishing triggers and their interrelationships and dependencies. Together we will enhance your existing Defined Process Library System and work environment, while pushing your performance upward by utilizing ROC®’s Smart Process Compliance Approach.
